Study Lenses

The verse centers on "confidence", "you-ward", "lord", "none", "otherwise", "minded", "troubleth", and "shall". It is saying that the verse draws attention to "confidence" and "you-ward", so its meaning should be read from those terms before moving to application.

The nearby context moves from verse 9's "A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump..." into verse 11's "But I brethren if I still preach...", so "confidence" and "you-ward" belong inside that flow. In Galatians context, the local focus is Christ, faith, and discipleship.

A plain takeaway is to answer the verse's own emphasis on "confidence" and "you-ward" with trust shaped by these words, not by a vague optimism outside the passage.
