Study Lenses

The verse centers on "such", "shalbe", "polluted", "whosoeuer", "toucheth", "carkeis", and "vncleane". It is saying that the verse draws attention to "such" and "shalbe", so its meaning should be read from those terms before moving to application.

The nearby context moves from verse 23's "But al other foules that creepe and..." into verse 25's "Whosoeuer also beareth of their carkeis shall...", so "such" and "shalbe" belong inside that flow. In Leviticus context, the local focus is covenant, worship, and faithfulness.

A plain takeaway is to answer the verse's own emphasis on "such" and "shalbe" with trust shaped by these words, not by a vague optimism outside the passage.
