The verse centers on "all things", "pray", "persuaded", "good", "conscience", "desiring", "live", and "honorably". It is saying that the verse draws attention to "all things" and "pray", so its meaning should be read from those terms before moving to application.

The nearby context moves from verse 17's "Obey your leaders and submit to them..." into verse 19's "I strongly urge you to do this...", so "all things" and "pray" belong inside that flow. In Hebrews context, the local focus is Christ, faith, and discipleship.

A plain takeaway is to answer the verse's own emphasis on "all things" and "pray" with trust shaped by these words, not by a vague optimism outside the passage.
