25:4 And what? is man righteous with God? And what? is he pure--born of a woman?

25:5 Lo--unto the moon, and it shineth not, And stars have not been pure in His eyes.

The verse centers on "light", "bildad", "shuhite", "answereth", "saith", "rule", "fear", and "making". It is saying that the verse draws attention to "light" and "bildad", so its meaning should be read from those terms before moving to application.

The local YLT text gives this verse as the immediate unit, so "light" and "bildad" carries the first interpretive weight. In Job context, the local focus is covenant, worship, and faithfulness.

A plain takeaway is to answer the verse's own emphasis on "light" and "bildad" with trust shaped by these words, not by a vague optimism outside the passage.
